a Doodle Wear Baseball cap, Bonnet or Bandana into the hands
of every child going through Chemotherapy in the United
States and beyond. Plus giving to cancer research.
Our mission for 2011 is to get the
Doodle Wear Baseball caps, Bonnets and Bandanas into the
hands of Chemo Kids across America
and to help fund Children’s Cancer research.
Doodle Wear head covers solves two
problems plus they have a bonus benefit!
These head covers give the kids something
to do while they are waiting in the doctors offices or hospitals
and they end up with a fun wearable art head cover.
The bonus is that these wonderful pieces of art actually
help build the child’s self-esteem. We have found
that when a child is allowed to tell someone about what
they have found and doodled it makes them feel good about
themselves which helps boost their self-esteem. It gives
them a special moment to be proud of something they did.

Can Help!
Starting
in January 2011 we will ship out 500 Baseball caps to 500
celebrities requesting that they find and do a doodle, sign
the hat, sign the Certificate of Authenticity and send it
back to us in the enclosed self addressed stamped envelope
to be auctioned off. During the month of June 2011 we will
auction off the baseball caps on eBay or at a live auction.
50% of the profits go to children’s cancer research
and 50% puts the Doodle Wear baseball caps and head covers
into the hands of children going through chemotherapy.
We
need your help to get this moving forward.
With our preliminary funding of $5,000 we will:
· Purchase 500 Baseball caps
· Doodle DYE them
· Package them into plastic mailers with a stamped
return mailer
· Purchase the printed material that goes with it
(letter, brochure & certificate)
· Pay for the shipping fees
· Hire someone for the research and addressing of
the mailers.
